This session is designed for individuals who want to explore barriers to effective communication. Participants will explore communication skills, healthy vs. unhealthy responses, and "response" components. They will also learn the meaning and role of empathy in communication and identify and explore strategies for active listening skills.
The cost for our small group, single-session workshops is:
$600 per person if you will attend virtually (via Zoom), or
$750 if you plan to participate in person (plus travel arrangements).
