Understand the meaning of effective communication, active listening, and the types of responses.
Effective communication is based on the ways in which we communicate and receive information. Participants will learn the process of effective communication and its components. They will also learn helpful and unhelpful responses when providing active listening. This workshop will help participants learn about and use active listening skills!
