We offer specialized group sessions to support and help one another on our journey together.
The Journey Together Menu lists our Specialized Groups, Healing Through Dance, and Spiritual Coaching offerings.
Our group sessions: meet bi-monthly or monthly, depending on the topic. Sessions typically last 1 to 1.5 hours.
Prices for specialized groups, including dance: Attendees are asked to contribute $10 per person to cover the cost of facility usage (for in-person meetings) or video services (for virtual meetings). You can register for these groups using the items in the menu below.
Prices for Spiritual Coaching: We offer monthly subscription packages to help you access private one-on-one coaching at your convenience, either once, twice, or four times a month. We also offer a single coaching session that you can register for at your convenience.
Arising Awakenings, LLC believes that healing of mind, body, and spirit is possible, and facilitated groups create an opportunity for transformation. Each Specialized Group meets to address a specific subject matter in which participants are seeking not only support, but to also receive guidance.
While individuals may experience similar situations and challenges, each person’s understanding and manner of dealing with them is unique. Arising Awakenings, LLC honors your experiences. We strive to create a confidential, safe space community where, together, we may share the understanding of our experiences and also explore coping techniques. Whether you choose to participate by talking or sitting in silence, our goal is to gather compassionately as we provide non-judgmental, helpful strategies.
